Our Legends Program uses fundamental movement principles to improve functionality and ease of daily living for adults 55+. Workouts are thoughtfully programmed by Masters athlete and certified trainer, Kristi Lunny and are designed to stimulate and increase the independence of our Naples Legends population.
Classes take place 2x per week, are 1 hour long, and feature a guided warm up, aspects of strength and cardiovascular training modified for group and individual needs/goals, and a guided cool down/mobility sequence. This program is limited to 10 participants to ensure everyone receives quality instruction and plenty of attention.
Additional training and coaching add-ons available. Include diet and lifestyle coaching to expedite your progress and help you stay motivated and accountable for just $167 more per month. This coaching includes bi-weekly check-ins with our in-house nutrition team, an In-Body body composition scan with results review at the start and end of the 3 month program, and a personalized eating plan/recommendations.
